Documents to be submitted
1- Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal Conservatory.
2- Personal Documents of the parents, valid passports or identity cards and Consular Registration Card.
3- Two witnesses provided with their personal documents, passports or identity cards
Payment: The conscription is FREE
Documents to be submitted
1- Valid Passports and identity cards.
2- Birth Certificates duly recognized by the Notarial Services and authenticated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
3- Residence Permits.
4- Two (2) Witnesses for each betrothed, holding their personal documents, passports or identity cards.
5- If the bride or groom comes from Angola or any other country and wish to marry abroad, he/she must have a valid entry visa for that country and, if visa exempt, he/she must present the residence permit of the country where he/she resides.
6- Proof of payment of consular fees.
Payment: USD 150.00 by bank transfer to the Embassy's account
MARRIAGE BETWEEN AN ANGOLAN AND A FOREIGNER
Documents to be submitted
1- The Angolan should submit the documents mentioned in "Marriage between Angolans" session.
2- The foreigner must submit the following documentation:
a) Valid passport;
b) Certificate of residence
c) Birth Certificate
d) Certificate of matrimonial capacity issued by the Municipality of the area of residence.
3- Two (2) Witnesses for each, holding their identification documents.
4- Proof of payment of consular fees.
Payment: USD 150.00 by bank transfer to the Embassy's account

Payment: USD 20.00 by Bank transfer to the Embassy's account
