Diplomatic Visa
This visa shall be issued to holders of diplomatic passports, in possession of the following documents:
- Form, front and back, duly completed in print or typed, in black ink and duly signed by the Requester or Beneficiary of the Diplomatic Passport
- Verbal note from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or the Diplomatic Mission of the applicant's country
- Two passport photos
- Copy of the International Certificate of Vaccination
