• Between Angolans: Valid Passports/IDs, notarized birth certificates authenticated by MIREX, Residence Permits, 2 witnesses per party, valid entry visas/residence permits if traveling from abroad, and proof of payment.

• Fee: EUR 150.00

• Angolan and Foreign National: The Angolan citizen submits standard requirements; the foreign citizen submits a valid Passport, Residence Certificate, Birth Certificate, and Capacity to Marry Certificate from their local municipality, plus 2 witnesses and proof of payment.
