Consular Registration

Consular registration is an act from which Angolan citizens empower themselves to consular protection provided by the diplomatic missions in accordance with the Vienna Convention, dated from 1963, on Consular Relations. It is one of the requirements for the national citizen to benefit from consular services provided by this Embassy.

To undertake consular registration, Angolan citizens (including minors) legally residing in Hungary, must gather the following documents:

1- Identity Card and/or Birth Certificate and Passport.

2- Residence permit

3- Form and index record duly completed
