Renewal of the Educational Exchange Agreement

On March 9, 2017, the Agreement of the Educational Exchange Program between the Ministry of Higher Education of the Republic of Angola and the Ministry of Human Capacities of Hungary was re-signed. This Agreement was signed for the first time in Budapest on April 3, 2014.

At the re-signing of the Agreement the Angolan Party was represented by HE Ms. Lizeth Pena, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Angola accredited to Hungary, and the Hungarian Party by Dr. László Palkovics , Minister of State for Education.

The recently signed Agreement grants Scholarships from September 2017, for Angolan students under the Stipendium Hungaricum Program, at Bachelor, Master and PhD levels, for a total of twenty (20) Scholarships annually at the expense of the Hungarian Party, including school fees, accommodation and health insurance.
